The hotel remained operational through the 75-day renovation.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 90 Pacifica in Irvine, Calif., the asset has easy access to interstates 5 and 405 and Route 133. The property is one mile from Irvine Spectrum Center. Property amenities include a swimming pool, fitness room and business center.<\/p>\n<h2>Strategic planning<\/h2>\n<p>Level 3 Construction renovated 72 guestrooms and two floors of corridors every two weeks, with a brief overlap of each phase, on time and on budget. Los Angeles-based interior design company Kay Lang + Associates developed a project scope that included demolition, new wall covering, carpet, paint, light fixtures, bathroom accessories and FF&amp;E installation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Our ability to self-perform all necessary trades in a hotel guestroom renovation is the key to executing an aggressive schedule and minimizing the time each unit is out of order.
