This marks the latest addition to Tru by Hilton&#8217;s list of growing dual-brand hotels, which is currently 12.8 percent of the brand&#8217;s deal.\u00a0The property is owned by Naman Hotels.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The 219-key hotel will feature 107 rooms for Tru and 112 for Hampton. The building will have two separate lobbies and dining areas, each catering to specific hotel guests. Located at 2227 Cascade Pointe Blvd., the Hampton Inn &amp; Suites\/Tru by Hilton Charlotte Airport Lakepointe is expected to open in December of 2018.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Property Features<\/h2>\n<p>Guests will have access to amenities such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>lobby with 2,880 square feet of public space<\/li>\n<li>a complimentary breakfast bar<\/li>\n<li>modern rooms with oversized windows<\/li>\n<li>24-hour Eat &amp; Sip market\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>mobile check in, digital keys, lobby iPads<\/li>\n<li>charging stations and social media wall<\/li>\n<li>free Wi-Fi<\/li>\n<li>a fitness center<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>&#8220;Tru is a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/first-tru-by-hilton-opens-in-oklahoma-city\/\">game-changing hotel brand<\/a> that&#8217;s a leader in the midscale industry, as evidenced by its statement-making entrance into the category and now the Charlotte market,&#8221;<\/em> said Alexandra Jaritz, global head of Tru by Hilton, in prepared remarks. <em>&#8220;We know the brand will have broad appeal to Charlotte-area travelers who span generations but share a similar &#8216;zest for life&#8217; mindset.
