Hoar Construction plans to break ground on phase two by the fall of 2017 and be fully finished by 2020.<\/p>\n<h2>Lake Nona<\/h2>\n<p>The 100-acre, 3.8 million-square-foot project will include retail, entertainment, hospitality, restaurant and office. Lake Nona Town Center is located within the large-scale Lake Nona master-planned community, adjacent to Orlando International Airport.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Tavistock and Steiner are currently in negotiations with several luxury theatres, and are finalizing plans for a brewery, comedy club and live performance venue, bowling concept and several additional restaurants and retailers.
