These hotels will mark the introduction of the brand in Peru and Chile.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Latin American Growth\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>Expected to open in January 2018, the Hyatt Centric San Isidro Lima will feature 254 guestrooms, lush landscaping and wide-open plazas. The hotel will be located on Avenida Basadre\u2014in the heart of the San Isidro municipality\u2014surrounded by art galleries and high-end retail boutiques.<\/p>\n<p>Slated to open in February 2018, the Hyatt Centric Las Condes Santiago will feature 166 guestrooms and close access to nearby restaurants, shopping centers and banks.
