The company plans on moving into the 11-story, 234,000-square-foot property in June 2018.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>99M Features<\/h2>\n<p>The building is designed to meet LEED Gold standards and will incorporate techniques to reduce water and energy consumption, including a green roof. 99M will include 220,000 square feet of office and 11,000 square feet of retail\/restaurant space on the first floor, that will be occupied by Metropolitan Hospitality Group, CIRCA and Open Road. Tenants will have access to amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center, bicycle storage and a four-story parking garage.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c99M reflects the vitality of the Capitol Riverfront neighborhood \u2013 active, lively, connected, and purposefully engaged in building community. Businesses looking for this dynamic environment, coupled with the benefits of high sustainability, will enjoy the best of both worlds because of the exceptional amenities at 99M in this coveted D.C. location,\u201d<\/em> said Mark Carroll, executive vice president for Skanska\u2019s development operations in the Greater Washington D.C. area, in prepared remarks. <em>\u201cTenants like PYXERA are evidence of the building\u2019s appeal and we are glad to welcome them to the neighborhood.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Lincoln Property Co. represented Skanska and Savills Studley represented PYXERA in this lease.
