Southeast won the exclusive leasing assignment for The Gold Building, a 65,880 -square-foot office property in Atlanta. Lincoln Leasing Associate Matt Fergus will oversee leasing efforts at the recently renovated asset, along with Senior Vice President Hunter Henritze.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 1945 The Exchange in the city\u2019s Cumberland\/Galleria submarket, The Gold Building sits on a 3.1-acre site near the new Atlanta Braves stadium. Developed in 1975, the four-story property is in a business corridor full of amenities including the 60-acre mixed-use project dubbed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/creating-the-ultimate-fan-experience-at-atlantas-new-stadium\/\">The Battery at SunTrust Park<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Newly upgraded asset<\/h2>\n<p><em>\u201cWith the new SunTrust Park baseball stadium and The Battery built, the Gold Building\u2019s location is more desirable than ever,\u201d<\/em> said Fergus, in prepared remarks. <em>\u201cProperties like The Gold Building that have been recently renovated and are in a prime location are perfect for businesses looking to embrace a vibrant environment.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The Gold Building offers access to Interstate 75, the Cobb Galleria and is situated less than two miles from The Battery. Office tenants will enjoy access to new restaurants, apartments, hotels and a new movie theatre.
