An additional\u00a0<span class=\"xn-money\">$15 million<\/span>\u00a0in funding will be used for capital improvements such as parking lots, paint and roofing.<\/p>\n<h2>Store openings<\/h2>\n<p>The three new stores set to open in 2017 and in 2018. The stores are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mullins Colony Shopping Center in Evans, Ga.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Greenwood Mall in Bowling Green, Ky.<\/li>\n<li>Valley Mall in Hagerstown, Md.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The new locations will feature\u00a0a full range of national brands and private label fashion apparel,\u00a0shoes, accessories, home decor, cosmetics and a wedding registry. Services will include a &#8220;buy online, pick up in store option,&#8221; phone charging stations and a service desk at the store entrance for access to gift wrapping, returns and Belk Rewards Card payments.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;We really want to be an asset to the communities in which we operate.
