The company marketed the property on behalf of a special servicer and procured the buyer, a private equity firm from New York City.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Two-Building Center\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>Located at 10170 and 10249 Church Ranch Way, the 184,738-square-foot site comprises Building II and Building IV, built in 2000 and 2001, respectively. Building II is a two-story, single tenant property, while\u00a0Building IV features four stories and is used by\u00a0multiple tenants. At the time of sale, the property was 91 percent leased and 57 percent occupied.
