The portfolio includes: High View Place, a 204-unit community located in San Antonio; Maverick Place, a 116-unit property in Arlington, Texas; Rebel Place, a 156-unit asset in Las Vegas; and Spring Place, a 168-unit property\u00a0in Greensboro, N.C. The properties were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.multihousingnews.com\/post\/waypoint-campus-housing-acquires-102m-portfolio\/\">acquired by Waypoint Campus Housing<\/a> LLC, an affiliate of Waypoint Residential, for $102 million.<\/p>\n<h2>Close to universities\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>Each community is located minutes from campus and feature between one- and four-bedroom units. An all-inclusive amenity package including\u00a0fitness centers, business centers, clubhouses, swimming pools, volleyball and\/or basketball courts and outdoor social and grilling areas is offered by each property.<\/p>\n<p>All of the communities are garden-style and were built in 2009.
