The tenant is a last-mile delivery firm owned by TFI International.\u00a0According to Yardi Matrix, the property is owned by TIAA, which also owns <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/tiaa-makes-strategic-nj-industrial-buy\/\">51 Commerce Drive<\/a> in South Brunswick, located in New Jersey&#8217;s strongest industrial market.<\/p>\n<h2>Easy access to\u00a0Manhattan<\/h2>\n<p>Built in 1986, the 105,796-square-foot facility is situated at 200 Central Ave. It features 4,418 square feet of office space, 22-foot ceiling heights and 25 loading docks. The asset is surrounded by retailers and banks, offering immediate access to Interstate 80 and Manhattan.
