Hogan Lovells is the second major tenant at the development. TEGNA, which will be moving its headquarters to the top three floors of Boro Tower, leasing approximately 44,000 square feet. Whole Foods Market will lease 70,000 square feet, making it the largest of the store’s D.C.-area locations\u00a0and Kerasotes Showplace Theatres will open a new cinema with 15 state-of-the-art screens and upscale dining options.<\/p>\n
