Marino joins former colleagues Steve Morgan and Brett Hunsaker in her new role extending the firm\u2019s investment sales, tenant and landlord representation, capital markets and advisory expertise.<\/p>\n<h2>Real estate veteran<\/h2>\n<p>Marino spent five years as a senior vice president at Avison Young\u2019s Office Properties, Healthcare and Enterprise Solutions Group, where she worked alongside Steve Morgan for four years providing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/atlanta-area-office-campus-trades-for-19m\/\">transaction-based real estate<\/a> services to corporate clients, among other responsibilities. Prior to working at Avison Young, Marino served as executive vice president at Ravello Solutions, where she developed and executed leasing and marketing strategies for clients including DS Waters, AXA Financial and Liberty Mutual.
