The seller was a company from Marshall, Texas. The 70,057-square-foot asset offers 578 units, 93 percent of which were occupied at the time of the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Discount Self Storage is located at 900 E. 70th St. and includes climate and humidity-controlled units, as well as traditional and warehouse space. The property also features a security fence, 24-hour video surveillance, keypad access, outdoor parking and pest control.
