The firm is relocating from Santa Clara, where it occupies 14,000 square feet, and is expected to move in the new space in the fourth quarter of this year.<\/p>\n<h2>First LEED Certified building<\/h2>\n<p>Located at 300 Park Ave., the 302,576-square-foot, Class A office building offers easy access to Guadalupe and Joseph P. Sinclair freeways. Constructed in 2009, the property became the first LEED Certified building in San Jose a year later. Owned and managed by SteelWave, the 16-story property features a conference center, bike share program, fitness center and more than 650 parking spaces. Additionally, the two-building asset also features a central courtyard with seating and fountains, as well as electric vehicle charging stations. Tenants at River Park Tower II include Xactly, California Bank of Commerce and Intacct Corp.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cOur new, expanded workplace provides an opportunity to build on our unique corporate culture, improve operational efficiencies and expand internal communications,\u201d<\/em> Cohesity Head of Human Resources Nicole Rasco, said in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n<p>Savills Studley\u2019s Joe Brady and Mike Mordaunt arranged the lease on behalf of Cohesity. Additionally, the two also negotiated a short-term expansion for the firm\u2019s Santa Clara office.
