The Stagwell Group, an investment advisory company, signed a 13-year lease for 83,955 square feet of office space, as it plans to integrate its portfolio of companies into one location.<\/p>\n<h2>Increasing occupancy<\/h2>\n<p>The lease agreement was signed between The Stagwell Group, The Durst Org. and The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. JLL managing directors Michael Berg and Howard Hersch together with Associate Doug Kauffman represented the tenant. A Cushman &amp; Wakefield team of brokers led by Executive Vice Chairman Tara Stacom closed the transaction on behalf of the landlord.
