The tenant will occupy space on the second and third floors, and open in 2018 a new community facility that\u00a0will offer primary specialty care services to local residents.<\/p>\n<h2>LEED-certified asset<\/h2>\n<p>The property is located at 7 Seventh Ave., in Manhattan, on the site that once housed St. Vincent\u2019s Hospital. It comprises five townhouses and a 14,000-square-foot courtyard. The complex has received a LEED certification upon going through a series of major redevelopments and historical restoration conducted by award-winning architecture firm FXFOWLE. Amenities include a marble-clad lobby, high-end fitness center with a 25-meter swimming pool, 24-hour attended lobby, on-site manager, intercom system, bicycle storage and a private lounge and garden.<\/p>\n<p>The Greenwich Lane is situated in the borough\u2019s Greenwich Village neighborhood, close to the newly constructed Lenox Health Greenwich Village, as well as to retailers, restaurants, bars, schools and art galleries.<\/p>\n<p>Both parties were represented in-house by Candida Canizio of Northwell and Tom Keating and Kevin Daly of Rudin.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>We worked diligently with the entire Northwell team to create this<\/em><em> state-of-the-art community facility to benefit the public,<\/em>\u201d Rudin Management Co.
