Ana Barcelo, Love Levy, Erin Efstathion and Ali Brody<\/p><\/div>\n

CBRE hired four commercial real estate professionals to support the expansion of the company\u2019s footprint in South Florida. Ana Barcelo returns to CBRE as first vice president of advisory and transaction services, Erin Efstathion joins the firm\u2019s capital markets team as vice president of debt and structured finance, Love Levy joins as general manager of asset services, while Ali Brody joins as manager of the business development team. In their new roles, Barcelo will focus on the high-street retail sector, while Efstathion, Levy and Brody will lead statewide efforts in all lines of business in CBRE’s Miami office<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Extensive real estate background<\/h2>\n

Retail veteran Barcelo began her career at CBRE and returned to the firm after 13 years. Prior to rejoining the company, she provided brokerage representation to retail landlords and tenants at Koniver Stern Group and acquired experience in tenant representation and investment sales at The Allen Morris Co. Barcelo also served as commercial real estate manager at Related Cervera Realty Services.<\/p>\n

Bringing more than 13 years of finance and commercial real estate experience, Efstathion joins CBRE from Walker & Dunlop, where she served as vice president, providing customized financing solutions with a focus on the Southeast. Prior to working for Walker & Dunlop, Efstathion was a financial analyst at Kitson & Partners and held analyst positions at Real Estate Capital Partners LP and Ernst & Young. She earned a Bachelor of Science in finance, real estate and accounting from Florida State University.<\/p>\n

Levy brings more than 20 years of property management experience in the retail and office sectors. Prior to joining CBRE, she held property management positions with Transwestern, Rivergate KW Residential, Flagler Real Estate Services and the Miami Center. Levy graduated from West Liberty State College in West Virginia with a bachelor of science in communications.<\/p>\n

Brody joins CBRE with a background in leasing, client management and business development, having worked for CarSaver.com and Ten-X.com, where she focused on online real estate sales throughout the Midwest and Southeast regions. Additionally, Brody held leasing and sales associate positions representing retail tenants and landlords at Gator Investments Inc. and Winick Realty Group. She received a bachelor\u2019s degree in communications from Indiana University.<\/p>\n
