She will be responsible for operations, finance and compliance activities, working closely and providing support for the brokerage team. Additionally, Addeo will manage client-service initiatives and business development.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Finance\u00a0experience<\/h2>\n<p>The newly appointed director has 15 years of prior commercial and residential real estate experience, serving as chief financial officer of JMF Properties from\u00a02015 to 2017. Her responsibilities included overseeing the firm\u2019s redevelopment projects and everyday office and finance operations. Prior to that, she worked as vice president of finance and operations at Avison Young, where she dealt with the budgeting, forecasting, payroll and human resources operations for the firm\u2019s New York City, Boston, Washington, D.C., and New Jersey offices.
