NAI Hiffman, which recently closed on another <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/nai-hiffman-brokers-illinois-office-sale-in-illinois\/\">office deal in Hoffman Estates, Ill.<\/a>, represented the seller in the transaction. Lee &amp; Associates negotiated on behalf of the buyer, The Finer Line, a retailer of awards and promotional products.<\/p>\n<h2>Significant Office Component<\/h2>\n<p>The building is located at 1701 Glenlake Ave., providing easy\u00a0access to Interstate 290. The property offers 6,167 square feet of office space, two interior docks with levelers, one drive-in door, 19-foot heights and parking for 51 vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>The immediate neighbors are Priority Wire &amp; Cable and QMI Security Solutions.
