Eric Tresslar, the company\u2019s executive vice president, led the leasing efforts. All four properties have the same owner, Prologis, and total\u00a0more than 170,000 square feet of office and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/nai-hiffman-arranges-chicago-warehouse-lease\/\">industrial space<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Expanding, relocating and renovating<\/h2>\n<p>The two new leases will provide additional space for the tenants\u2019 growing operations. The\u00a0properties are located at:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1501 Nicholas St. in Elk Grove Village, Ill. The 76,697-square-foot facility is the third one that GCR Corp., a refurbishment and service center for several manufacturers of consumer electronics products, occupies in Elk Grove.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>500 Thorndale Ave. in Wood Dale, Ill. Associated Global Systems, a global logistics and supply chain, moved its operations into the 34,215-square-foot property from Elk Grove Village. The facility provides highly functional loading and 9,000 square feet of office space.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The other two transactions are lease renewals for Atrend USA and Ludwig Dairy\/Ludwig Foods.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Atrend USA, a manufacturer of speaker enclosures, will continue to operate from the\u00a042,260-square-foot property at 2701 Lively Blvd.<\/li>\n<li>Ludwig Dairy\/Ludwig Foods\u2019s lease renewal at 1270-1280 Mark St. will include several tenant improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Images\u00a0via Google Street View<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>All properties are located in Chicago&#8217;s O\u2019Hare submarket and offer a mix of office and industrial space.
