In addition to the market, the development will also include a 190,000-square-foot Class A mixed-use office building, a 300-unit multifamily community,\u00a0120 mixed-income condominiums and a total of 60,000 square feet of retail space.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Strategic Location<\/h2>\n<p>Central Park Station is on the University of Colorado A Line which\u00a0links downtown Denver to Denver International Airport.\u00a0Furthermore, the development is only a 15 minute drive to Union Station.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Sprouts will be a great addition to Forest City&#8217;s visionary plans for Central Park Station, further solidifying its position as an exciting new alternative to downtown, both for urban type residential and commercial opportunities,&#8221;<\/em> said David Friedman, the developer of Village at Central Park Station, in prepared remarks.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Newmark Knight Frank&#8217;s Vice Chairman Tim Harrington, Executive Managing Directors Mike Wafer and Alan Polacsek and Associate Eddie Kane are handling the office, retail leasing and marketing of Central Park Station One.<\/p>\n<p><em>Image courtesy of\u00a0Newmark Knight Frank<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sprouts Farmer&#8217;s Market is set to open in the fall of 2018.
