In his new role, Fallon will oversee efforts to market JCR Capital\u2019s increasing suite of capital products to sponsors, brokers and other potential partners. In the past seven years, the company increased its management portfolio from $30 million to more than $700 million worth of properties.<\/p>\n<h2>Fallon\u2019s background<\/h2>\n<p>Fallon brings more than 30 years of experience in business development and client acquisition roles across both real estate and finance. Prior to joining JCR\u2019s Denver team, he served as managing director for NKF Markets, where he commercialized debt financial products and services. Between 2010 and 2014, Fallon served as managing director at HFF.
