HKS will move its office from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/financing-arranged-for-brooklyn-office-building\/\">57 Willoughby St.<\/a>, located just two blocks away, and will occupy the entire second floor and part of the first floor.<\/p>\n<h2>From warehouse to office<\/h2>\n<p>Located at 180 Livingston St., the Class A asset comprises 182,000 square feet of office space and 75,000 square feet of retail space, according to Yardi Matrix. The six-story property was built in 1900, and served as a warehouse until 2001, when it was converted to office. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The property is anchored by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. 180 Livingston St., is located\u00a0in the vicinity of schools, government agencies, eateries, retailers and cafes, while Fulton Mall is just a block away.
