Commonwealth Commercial Partners LLC, a commercial real estate firm<\/a>, promoted Alex Crouch to a new position. As managing director, he will oversee the company’s business interests in Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh-Durham, N.C., and Greenville, S.C.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In order to serve as managing director of Commonwealth Commercial\u2019s North and South Carolina offices, Crouch moved to Charlotte. N.C. He will be responsible for the current property portfolio as well as the long-term planning and growth in the markets within the Carolinas.<\/p>\n

A commercial real estate career<\/h2>\n

Crouch joined Commonwealth Commercial in 2007. He spent the entirety of his career in commercial real estate with the majority of his time in property management. Most recently, he held a senior role in the Richmond, Va., office. He has managed all asset types, including office, retail, industrial, medical office, biomedical, owners associations and others. He has also worked with various owners, from family partnerships to institutional level ownerships.<\/p>\n

Crouch received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hampden-Sydney College. He holds a State of Virginia Real Estate License.<\/p>\n
