Brad Zampa, Michael Walker, Megan Woodring and Taylor Shepard with the firm\u2019s San Francisco office arranged the non-recourse financing on behalf of the borrower, Vista Investment Group.<\/p>\n<h2>Current Upgrades<\/h2>\n<p>Valley Creative Center is located in the heart of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/leeco-completes-major-silicon-valley-land-purchase\/\">Silicon Valley\u2019s Golden Triangle<\/a>, at the intersection of Zanker Road and Charcot Avenue just off Interstate 880. The property is fully occupied by twelve tenants in tech industries, including TP-LINK, BioNex Solutions and Comba Telecom. Vista Investment Group is currently renovating the campus.
