Senior Vice Presidents Michael Barry and Bob Ferraro represented the landlord, Comstock Realty Partners. Wayfair and CEVA Freight have inked leases for the 163,000-square-foot property before its completion.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 2388 Williams St., the property is a quarter of a mile from Oakland International Airport and 10 miles from the Port of Oakland. The Comstock development features 32-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler system and 279 parking spaces, as well as space for potential trailer and container parking.<\/p>\n<h2>High Demand Amenities\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>Jason Ovadia at JLL worked on behalf of Wayfair LLC in the 81,000-square-foot lease. CBRE\u2019s Ken Morris secured the second 82,000-square-foot lease for CEVA Freight LLC.
