Brown Road in Lawrenceville, Ga.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>M3 Accounting Services signed a 10-year lease for\u00a053,000 square feet at a Class A office building in Lawrenceville, Ga.\u00a0Chet Koenig, a principal at Avison Young\u2019s Atlanta office, represented the New York-based landlord, Clarion Partners LLC, in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/lincoln-brings-tenants-to-atlanta-area-campus\/\">lease negotiations<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Long-Term Lease<\/h2>\n<p>Located at\u00a01715 N. Brown Road, the\u00a070,821-square-foot asset\u00a0is part of a two-building office complex.\u00a0M3, a back-office hosted software solution provider for the hospitality industry, will operate in Building A.\u00a0The 91,000-square-foot Building B is fully leased to Sage Software until 2021, according to Yardi Matrix.<\/p>\n<p>Completed in 2006, Building A\u00a0features four-sided, full-height glass, high ceilings, a parking ratio of five spaces per 1,000 square feet and an on-site cafeteria.
