NKF\u2019s Vice Chairman Tim Harrington, Executive Managing Directors Mike Wafer and Alan Polacsek and Associate Eddie Kane will handle the leasing and marketing of Central Park Station One.<\/p>\n<h2>First Phase<\/h2>\n<p>The first phase of the project, Central Park Station One, will include a 190,000-square-foot Class A\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/ngkf-brokers-59m-anaheim-office-building-sale\/\">office building<\/a>, as well as a 300-unit multifamily community, a 120-unit condominium project and 60,000 square feet of retail space.
