After opening its first New York office<\/a>, Greysteel continues the round of premiers, with the opening of its first Denver office. With the new opening, Ryan Floyd and Scott Whitfield have joined the company.<\/p>\n

Senior Director Ryan Floyd is in charge with leading the Denver team, which will focus on arranging sales and financing for institutional, middle market and private client multifamily properties throughout the Front Range Corridor. He brings more than 15 years of experience to the firm.\u00a0Prior to joining, he worked at a local firm, where he oversaw the team\u2019s expansion and growth, apart from\u00a0the daily responsibilities of deal execution.<\/p>\n

Scott Whitfield<\/p><\/div>\n

Director Scott Whitfield’s main focus is private capital multifamily transactions in the Denver area. He previously owned a\u00a0private real estate brokerage company. Before he opened his own firm, he held management positions at Armstrong Development Properties and Trammel Crow.<\/p>\n

\u201cConsistent job and population growth, quality of life and strong fundamentals make it one of the most active and desirable markets in the country for commercial real estate investors.\u201d <\/em>Duerk Brewer, Greysteel\u2019s COO, said in prepared remarks. \u201cRyan is a Denver native with over 15 years of experience in the industry and has established a reputation as a fierce client advocate and complex transaction solver.
