Directors Julia Silva Rettig, Jared Bonshire, David Perez and Associate Jessica Mizrahi of Cushman &amp; Wakefield have been tapped to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/cw-to-lease-suburban-miami-office-asset\/\">oversee leasing<\/a> for the project.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Located at the intersection of County Line Road and Rice Road, the County Line Logistics Center will comprise 1.3 million square feet of industrial space, spanning across 70 acres. The development will be constructed in two phases, starting with phase one&#8217;s Building 100 and 200, totaling 293,280 square feet. Phase II will include Building 300, which will offer about 1 million square feet upon completion.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The park will feature McCraney&#8217;s signature design of clean facades, clear heights up to 36 feet, ESFR sprinkler systems, rear-load and gross-dock configurations, off-dock trailer storage, dock-high and grade level loading and 52-foot column spacing.
