The assets amount to a total of 53,226 square feet and were sold by BACM 2005-3 North Frontage Road LLC in a joint venture with LNR Partners LLC. The buyer was Tribedo LLC.<\/p>\n<p>Rich Deptula, Friedman\u2019s national director of investment advisory services, together with Jeff Feste, vice president of brokerage services, and Torrey Lewis, senior associate of brokerage services represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 6860 and 6880 N. Frontage Road, the two <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/friedman-sells-michigan-office-building\/\">office buildings<\/a> are part of the Eastern East\/West Corridor Chicago submarket and provide convenient access to Interstate 55 via County Line Road and Interstate 294 via North Frontage Road. The 6880 N. Frontage Road facility is currently leased to Everest College.
