Southeast has been awarded the leasing and management assignments for 3100 Breckinridge, a 253,000-square-foot office park in Duluth, Ga. Vice Presidents Jeff Henson and Matt Davis will spearhead the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/lincoln-to-lease-atlanta-area-office-assets\/\">marketing efforts<\/a> on behalf of owner TerraCap Management, which recently purchased the property.<\/p>\n<p>The seven-building campus is located at 3100 Breckinridge Blvd. and was constructed between 1986 and 1990. The office park provides ample parking with a ratio of four spaces per 1,000 square feet and offers prominent monument signage options for tenants. Available spaces at 3100 Breckinridge range from 1,400 square feet up to 30,000 square feet. According to Yardi Matrix data, notable tenants include Clearleap, Crown Asset Management, Perfetta and Voyager Technologies.<\/p>\n<p>Located in Atlanta\u2019s Duluth\/Suwanee\/Buford submarket, the property is less than a mile away from Gwinnett Place Mall and a short drive to several dining and shopping venues off Sugarloaf Parkway.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis office park is in a great location.
