Broadway, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/griffin-capital-reit-acquires-denver-office-complex\/\">business park<\/a> comprises eight, single-story buildings offering 10-foot glass heights, individual HVAC units, 10-foot by 10-foot drive-in doors and 14- to 16-foot clear ceiling heights. Clear Creek currently houses 47 tenants with spaces ranging from 526 to 19,415 square feet.
