The two companies will occupy a combined 81,442 square feet of office space at the three-building, 700,000-square-foot campus on Summit Lake Drive.<\/p>\n<p>Ascensia Diabetes Care US signed an 11-year lease for 65,000 square feet on the top two floors of 100 Summit. The health management company will move into the building in the fourth quarter of 2017, when 80 employees will relocate from the research and development and operations facility located at 777 Old Saw Mill River Road in Tarrytown, N.Y. Exelon did not have tenant representation and is expected to move into the new offices in July.<\/p>\n<p>Built in mid-1980s, The Summit is located on 102 acres of land on Summit Lake Drive.
