The company plans to build its third office development in the city, the Brama Miasta complex, a $51 million investment.<\/p>\n<p>Phase one of the project is scheduled to begin this month and to be completed in the second quarter of 2019. Designed by Medusa Group, The building will feature 15 stories, 296,000 square feet of office space and two levels of underground parking. Phase two will result in a second building, which may belong to a different investor.<\/p>\n<p>The two office towers will offer some 430,000 square feet of office space\u00a0available for leasing and be located close to the \u0141\u00f3d\u017a Fabryczna railway station.\u00a0The ground floor will serve as retail space.
