Trammell Crow Co. has teamed with Clarion Partners LLC on Sierra Lakes Commerce Center, a new, Class A, 598,000-square-foot speculative logistics center in Fontana, Calif.<\/p>\n

The development, which also includes 2,000 square feet of speculative office space, is situated on a 27.5-acre site along Sierra Avenue and Interstate 210.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are thrilled to once again be partnering with Clarion to deliver another world-class building to Inland Empire, which wouldn\u2019t have been possible without the support from the City of Fontana and officials at San Bernardino County,\u201d <\/em>Thomas Bak, senior managing director of TCC\u2019s\u00a0SoCal\u2014Newport Beach\u00a0office, said in a prepared release. \u201cSierra Lakes Commerce Center\u2019s proximity to the nation\u2019s two largest ports and immediate access to Interstate 10 and 15, continues to attract some of the biggest companies in the world that transform the area into an infill market.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

The cross-dock building will feature 36-foot clear height, 185-foot secured concrete truck courts, counter-clockwise truck circulation, 98 dock high doors, 134 trailer storage spaces, parking for 200 vehicles and ESFR fire protection.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The property is located just north of Interstate 210, a corridor that has become a preferred submarket for major corporate users, including Amazon, Under Armour, LG Electronics, FedEx, Target and others.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Inland Empire is one of the country\u2019s most vibrant industrial markets<\/a>,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0said Stacey Magee, senior director with Clarion’s industrial group, in prepared remarks. \u201cThe Sierra Lakes project has been carefully designed to meet the needs of this market and is another great development generated through our highly successful relationship with TCC.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

RGA Architecture will serve as the project architect and Fullmer Construction is the general contractor. JP Morgan Chase provided financing for the project.<\/p>\n

The building is scheduled to complete in the first quarter of 2018. The Lee & Associates team of Bill Heim and Michael Chavez represent TCC and Clarion in the leasing and marketing for the building.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
