The JLL team of Cleita Harvey, JJ Shephard, Riley Shephard and Tim Jones will oversee the leasing of the Southport Office Campus.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Developed by SECO Development, the 2.4 million-square-foot mixed-use project will include a three-building office campus, the 383-unit luxury Bristol Residences, 30,000 square feet of retail space and a 347-key Hyatt Regency. The entire\u00a0office portion will include 10,279 square feet of retail and 695,159 square feet of garage parking\u00a0with 2,121 spaces. The campus will also feature space for 194 bicycles, storage for kayaks, locker rooms and interconnected common spaces between the buildings. Occupancy for the office portion is set to start as early as July 2018.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThroughout the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/facebook-seattle-hq-commands-286m\/\">Puget Sound region<\/a> we\u2019re seeing a subtle shift among millennials, especially those with young families, toward greater affordability, access to schools and recreational amenities,\u201d<\/em> said JJ Shephard of JLL, in prepared remarks. <em>\u201cThis growing trend is going to lead some major employers to want to diversify their workplace offerings in order to recruit and retain these key employees. Commute times are increasing, the cost of housing is skyrocketing and the workday is getting longer.
