The company will oversee all aspects of the hotel, including reservations, operations, sales and marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Under the new agreement, SMS Lodging implemented several changes to streamline productivity and improve the overall quality of the guest experience, also bringing changes\u00a0to customer service and the booking procedure.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 956 Washington Ave. in Miami Beach, Fla., the historic art deco Hotel Astor features 42 rooms, a courtyard, an outdoor\u00a0pool and a bar.
