The 20-acre property located at 12900 Snow Road is listed at just under\u00a0$4 million, <a href=\"https:\/\/realestate.cleveland.com\/realestate-news\/2017\/05\/former_graftech_headquarters_p.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">according to <em>Cleveland.com<\/em><\/a><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The facility offers 300,000 square feet of office and industrial space and more than 600 parking spaces. The office space accommodates executive and administrative offices, board rooms and conference rooms, workstations, bullpen areas, meeting rooms, training auditoriums and a full cafeteria. The warehouse space was designed to facilitate GrafTech\u2019s research, featuring high-tech labs, research, development and testing areas, as well as a number of recreational and lounge areas for employees.<\/p>\n<p>Located less than 12 miles from downtown Cleveland and 4 miles from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, the property is part of a busy business corridor and is highly visible from Interstate 77, Interstate 71, Interstate 480 and the Ohio Turnpike.
