The JLL team of Paul Glickman, vice chairman, Cynthia Wasserberger, managing director, Jonathan Fanuzzi, executive vice president, and Diana Biasotti, senior vice president, represented Minskoff Equities in the transaction.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis is a world-class asset with great ownership, very flexible floorplates and abundant light and air on four exposures,\u201d <\/em>Paul Glickman, JLL\u2019s vice chairman, told <em>Commercial Property Executive. \u201cThe repositioning of the property transforms the lobby into a showcase for extraordinary art and enhances the tenant experience.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The 44-story, center-core building offers floor plates of 40,000 square feet in a neighborhood that appeals to companies from a host of sectors, including TAMI, financial services, technology, social media, fashion\/apparel and entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>Huron was represented by Ken Rapp, CBRE\u2019s vice chairman; Ramsey Feher, first vice president; Lisa Konieczka, executive vice president; and Bill Sheehy, senior vice president. Huron will take a portion of the third floor in the 1.6 million-square-foot office building.<\/p>\n<p>Minskoff and JLL have now leased a total of 305,000 square feet of space in the building in just 18 months.<\/p>\n<p>Originally constructed in 1974, Minskoff recently completed a comprehensive multimillion-dollar capital improvement program, which saw updates to the building\u2019s lobby, lighting, outdoor canopies and security features.<\/p>\n<p>Its lobby showcases signature pieces of art, including Roy Lichtenstein\u2019s \u201cModern Tapestry\u201d and \u201cAmerind Landscape\u201d tapestries, and Kaws\u2019s \u201cAlong the Way\u201d sculpture.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c1166 has a roster of elite tenants, including Sprint and D.E.
