A.M. Property and Quality Capital acquired the building&#8217;s four-story condominium from The Girl Scouts of the USA in November 2016. The space is located on the 14th through 17th floors.<\/p>\n<p>The leasing team will include Vice Chairman Frank Doyle, Managing Director Steven Rotter, Executive Vice President Scott Vinett and Senior Vice President Clark Finney. The JLL team will be working closely with Paul and Nate Wasserman of A.M. Property.<\/p>\n<p>The 30-story, 420 Fifth Ave. office tower was originally developed by Hammerson Property Corp. and The Development Corp. of London in 1993. Designed by Brennan Beer Gorman Architects, the high-rise also offers 72,686 square feet of ground-floor retail space.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis truly remarkable leasing opportunity offers a nearly column-free layout with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and abundant natural light.
