In her new role, she will primarily oversee the leasing efforts at two of the company\u2019s major Minneapolis assets: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/transwestern-tapped-to-lease-proposed-minneapolis-office-asset\/\">10 West End<\/a> and West End Office Park. Radovitskiy will work with\u00a0Vice President Joe Boone and Senior Vice President Tom Tracy.<\/p>\n<p>Excelsior&#8217;s new vice president has 16 years of experience in the industry. Her most recent role was at\u00a0Carr Properties, where she was director of leasing\u00a0and responsible for more than 5 million square feet of office space in the greater Washington, D.C., area.<\/p>\n<p>Radovitskiy\u00a0started her career in real estate\u00a0as an associate director for Cushman &amp; Wakefield and\u00a0served as a director with NGKF, where she acquired experience in landlord and tenant representation.
