Project management will be provided by the company&#8217;s in-house team and the office will be built by Gateway Construction.<\/p>\n<p>The 42-story, 886,000-square-foot Russell Investments Center offers a variety of amenities, including a 3,000-square-foot fitness center, on-site conference rooms, a Starbucks, a 23,000-square-foot 17th floor deck, a Chase Bank branch, Wi-Fi, convenience to mass transit and the ferry, and 24-hour security and key card access. The building has a 99 ENERGY STAR score, features underground parking, Zipcars and bike lockers, and several sustainable elements including dual-flush and low-flow features to conserve water consumption, a recycling and composting program, outside air measuring devises, CO2 sensors, automated lighting and motion sensors.
