The 10-year loan was made to an affiliate of Rockpoint Group LLC.<\/p>\n<p>The 546,300-square-foot Class A office asset was originally built in 1988 and features 28 floors. The building offers common area Wi-Fi and 270 parking spaces. The transit-oriented property is LEED Silver certified and was completely renovated in 2009 and 2015. The first floor also includes a 6,500-square-foot retail component. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/miami-office-tower-trades-for-155m\/\">Rockpoint<\/a> purchased the asset in January 2017 from CBRE Global Investors for $370 million, according to <em>Yardi Matrix<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c100 High Street is a modern Class A office building located at the heart of Boston\u2019s Financial District.
