Level 3 will transform the upper level of The Wall, once a 1920s dance hall, for office use, while the ground floor will be occupied by a restaurant and other tenants. The facility will also include a shared mezzanine common space.<\/p>\n<p>Upgrades at The Wall, located at 1253-1255 E University Ave., will include a custom steel and wood front awning, a custom storefront window and a front entry door system. Aesthetic updates will include\u00a0exposed ceilings, sandblasted brick walls, concrete countertops, glass office partitions, skylights, concrete finish floors and a green living wall. The east wall of the building will be reserved for an artistic mural representative of\u00a0the neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis 1920\u2019s dance hall is getting a fresh new look. We want to keep the integrity of the building and pack it with technology to create a hub of innovation,\u201d<\/em> said Brandon Blum of SBMI Group in a prepared statement.
