Premier is expected to complete construction by the end of this year&#8217;s second quarter.<\/p>\n<p>The 84,700-square-foot and 72,285-square-foot mixed-use facilities will be located on a 10-acre lot at 9555 &amp; 9655 Soreng Ave. According to the details available on Premier&#8217;s website, the steel and glass structures will feature one loading dock per 3,000 square feet, bio retention ponds, 32-foot clear height warehouse space, ESFR sprinklers, T-5 motion sensor control interior lighting and office-to-suit build out options.<\/p>\n<p>Bridge bought the approximately 200,000-square-foot property last year, in a joint venture with Akard Street Partners, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailyherald.com\/article\/20160823\/business\/160829661\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Daily Herald<\/a> reported. The asset is part of a dynamic industrial area, bordering O\u2019Hare International Airport.
