Originally built in 1907, the properties total 95,000 square feet that will be home to the new FUSE co-working space for manufacturing innovations for entrepreneurs and small teams, GE Brilliant Career Lab that helps students discover STEM careers and career path mapping, GEO offices and a waterfront bistro.<\/p>\n<p>The campus will be built under the LEED v4 rating, GE\u2019s internal wellness program HealthAhead, and the principles of the WELL Building Standard. The roof level of the buildings will capture rainfall, which will be stored internally for the building\u2019s flushing system and for the landscape irrigation. The roof will also include a terrace with a vegetated green area.
