Zach Winkler, senior vice president & retail lead for South Florida<\/p><\/div>\n

JLL recently welcomed Zach Winkler and Jonathan Rosen to its Florida retail brokerage platform in Miami. Winkler joins JLL as senior vice president & retail lead, while Rosen joins as associate of retail brokerage. In their new roles, the two experts will be responsible for growing the firm\u2019s leasing and tenant representation offerings and cultivating new tenant and landlord relationships in Miami\u2019s urban core. They will partner with JLL\u2019s existing retail brokerage experts across Florida in Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Tampa.<\/p>\n

Zach Winkler joins JLL from CBRE, where he led the efforts for Miami\u2019s urban and high street leasing practice as senior associate. Focusing on the evolving South Florida landscape, he is an expert on areas such as the Design District, Wynwood, Lincoln Road, Collins Avenue and Brickell. Prior to his tenure at CBRE, Winkler spent nine years at New York-based Robert K. Futterman & Associates, working in landlord and tenant representation. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in geography from Vassar College.<\/p>\n

Jonathan Rosen also joins JLL from CBRE, where he assisted clients in achieving their goals with business and financial objectives, focusing on retail and real estate portfolios. Rosen acquired brokerage and property management experience at Colliers International, where he began his career in the retail brokerage business. Rosen received his bachelor\u2019s degree in criminology from Florida State University, where he also minored in business.<\/p>\n
