He will help expand the company\u2019s growth in the areas of strategy, marketing and sales management.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Red Propeller\u2019s team, Tyler worked as a chief marketing officer at Crescent Communities since 2012. At Crescent, he was responsible for developing and implementing creative, innovative and sustainable strategies to support the company&#8217;s real estate development and investment, including commercial, multifamily, single-family and second home communities.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cHe (Tyler Niess) brings a wealth of experience and a strategic, research-based approach to real estate marketing and product strategy, which will translate well into our business and further strengthen our client services offering,\u201d<\/em> Alison Jeffries, founder &amp; CEO at Red Propeller, said in a statement. <em>\u201cHis creativity, paired with the experience he has had as a part of the senior leadership of a real estate development and investment company the caliber of Crescent, makes him a fantastic addition to the team.
