Located in the heart of downtown, the building was designed by DAS Architects Inc. and will be managed by Concord.<\/p>\n<p>Situated at 219 S. Broad St., the 15-story, 223-key hotel will open in the first quarter of 2018. The Cambria will offer a grab-and-go food station, a 3,000-square-foot rooftop bar, a restaurant with an outdoor terrace on the second floor, 2,500 square feet of meeting space, a business center and a fitness center.\u00a0The hotel is within walking distance from\u00a0the Kimmel Center, City Hall, Rittenhouse Square Park, Reading Terminal Market, One Liberty Observation Deck and Pennsylvania Convention Center.
